Liberty Trails Plaza
 

Liberty Trails Plaza is a garden style office park located in one of the fastest growing regions of Midwest City and eastern Oklahoma County. The park is within close proximity to Tinker Air Force Base and several aerospace companies, including ARINC, Boeing and Northrop Grumman - as well as the new Mercy Heart Hospital. The eight properties are available for sale, or for lease.

Sensing the rapid growth in this area, Gardner Tanenbaum Group quickly broke ground on this park in July of 2008. The location of Tinker Air Force Base, the new Mercy Heart Hospital and a new influx of residential neighborhoods make this the perfect location for office space for financial, medical, engineering, aerospace, and other related professionals.


 


Liberty Business Park
 

Liberty Business Park is one of the largest and most successful aerospace developments in Oklahoma. Located at the south entrance of Tinker Air force base, the park currently consists of six properties totalling 642,000 square feet of office & warehouse space, as well as an amenities space housing a restaurant and an exercise gym.

The park tenants include Boeing, Northrop Grumman, ARINC, L3, LCI, Sciperio, PODs, The Oklahoma Department of Transportation and Taste Cafe.


 


ARINC
 

This dual property project consisted of an office complex within the Liberty Business Park, as well as a Hangar facility located at the Will Rogers International Airport.

Gardner Tanenbaum Group developed this project, from the initial design through the contstruction and now serves as property manager for the facilities.


 


Boeing
 

This four -story 200,000 square foot facility was constructed for Being to consolidate their B-1/ B-2 support systems programs, which is a sub-division of Boeing's Integrated Defense Systems.

GTG constructed the facility and now leases the property to Boeing under a current seven year lease.  


 


Northgate Distribution Center
 

This distribution center consists of 3 class A warehouses which were developed by Gardner Tanenbaum Group. The properties are located alongside the I-35 NAFTA corridor highway, which is also just south of the I-44 exchange and only 8 miles north of I-40, a prime location for Interstate access. The three properties total 492,000 square feet.

Tenants in these properties include Manco, CHEP, Iron Mountain, Gexpro, Omni Packaging, Carlise Foods, and Ace Hardwoods.

 


 


The Montgomery
 

Originally opened in 1929 as the Montgomery Ward Department Store, this beautiful Art Deco structure is now home to "The Montgomery", an exclusive mixed residential and retail use building featuring 56 upscale apartments and three floors of specialty shops and offices. The Montgomery enjoys 24-hour conierge service, complimentary lower level fitness center, and garage accessible parking.

In addition to the residential apartments, this property also houses the high end restaurant Tratorio Il Centro, as well as the Eden Salon and Spa.


 


The Park Harvey
 

Originally a 17 floor downtown office, this building has been completely refurbished by Gardner Tanenbaum Group to become Oklahoma CIty's first affordable high-rise community. In addition to 164 apartments the property boasts The Park Harvey Athletic Club, Gaijin Sushi, and a men's haberdashery.

In redeveloping this exciting property, Gardner Tanenbaum Group made innovative use of the State of Oklahoma's Historical Tax Credits, in funding the project. Under the strict guidlines of these credits, GTG restored and preserved much of the orginal aesthetics of the building.


 


The Lincoln at Central Park
 

The Lincoln at Central Park is a garden style traditional gated apartment community that was fully developed by Gardner Tanenbaum Group. Located centrally in Oklahoma City the community is only minutes away from the downtown and bricktown areas as well as the outer suburbs of Oklahoma City.

Currently Phase II, an expansion of the Lincoln at Central Park is underway with a scheduled completion of Spring 2009.


 


The Classen
 

Formerly known as the Citizens Tower, this beautiful property was designed by one of Frank Lloyd Wright's students reflecting his architectural style. Gardner Tanebaum Group purchased this property with an adjacent retail component and rennovated the former office facility into Oklahoma City's Premier High rise condo community. The facility boasts ammentities such as an indoor workout facility complete with indoor lap pool, garage parking, and 24-hour concierge service.
